Ashley Adams
Co-Founder
Ashley Adams is a driven and accomplished Director on Cushman & Wakefield’s Logistics & Industrial Services team, recognized for her vibrant energy and consultative approach. She specializes in helping clients identify both immediate and long-term real estate needs, offering thoughtful solutions that align with their business goals.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ashley excelled in business development at United Consulting, where she honed her expertise in client strategy and relationship building. Her passion for real estate development and sustainability is a hallmark of her career, making her a valuable asset to Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial team.
A graduate of Kennesaw State University, Ashley recently achieved her 200-hour yoga certification, reflecting her commitment to balance and personal growth. Outside the office, she enjoys world travel and volunteer work, bringing the same positivity and proactive spirit to her community as she does to her clients.
Jamie Leigh Boyd
Co-Founder
Jamie Leigh Boyd is a dynamic member of the Industrial Services team at NAI Brannen Goddard, recognized for her outgoing personality, exceptional people skills, and results-driven approach. She represents tenants and landlords across a variety of industrial property types both nationally and regionally, specializing in site selection, acquisitions, and lease negotiations.
Before joining NAI Brannen Goddard, Jamie Leigh was a top producer and award-winning salesperson at Stryker Medical, where she developed strong communication and client relationship skills that continue to define her success in brokerage.
She is a licensed real estate professional in Georgia and Alabama, a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the Young Council of Realtors, and serves as board member and head of the social committee for the Vinings Women’s Club. Jamie Leigh is also a Member Associate of the Georgia Chapter of SIOR, actively engaging with industry leaders.
A graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with honors and continues to bring energy, professionalism, and passion to every client relationship.
Zessie Johnson
Senior Marketing Coordinator
Zessie Johnson is a dedicated member of the Industrial Services team at NAI Brannen Goddard, recognized for her outgoing personality, strong work ethic, and detail-oriented approach. She represents landlords and tenants across a wide range of industrial properties throughout Georgia and Alabama, specializing in site selection, leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions. Zessie guides clients through strategic real estate decisions that align with their long-term business goals while building lasting relationships grounded in trust and collaboration.
Growing up in the development business, Zessie developed a deep appreciation for real estate early on, which sparked her passion for industrial brokerage and investment strategy. She brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and creativity to every project, delivering results-driven solutions that add value for her clients.
She is a licensed real estate professional in both Georgia and Alabama, a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the Young Council of Realtors, and is actively pursuing her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation to further strengthen her investment and analytical expertise.
A graduate of the University of Alabama, Zessie earned her degree in Finance and continues to bring insight, dedication, and genuine passion to her career in industrial real estate.
